MyCBDList (mycbdlist.com) is a CBD product directory operated by Hugo Vong. We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the platform:

  • Account data — email address, when you register as a shop.
  • Domain data — your shop's domain, for verification purposes.
  • Payment data — processed exclusively by Stripe. We never store your card details.
  • Usage data — anonymous analytics via PostHog (page views, interactions) to improve the platform.
  • Age gate cookie — a cookie named adult to remember that you confirmed your age. It does not contain personal information.

3. How we use your data

  • To operate and improve the MyCBDList platform.
  • To verify your shop's domain ownership.
  • To process subscription and featured product payments via Stripe.
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, payment confirmation).

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes. Data is only shared with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Stripe for payments, Resend for emails, PostHog for analytics).

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. Payment records may be retained as required by applicable financial regulations.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
