1. What MyCBDList is
MyCBDList is an online directory and marketplace that allows CBD shops to list and promote their products to consumers across Europe. MyCBDList does not sell, ship, or distribute any physical products whatsoever. We are a listing platform only. All transactions occur exclusively between the buyer and the shop directly.
2. Legal products only
MyCBDList exclusively lists CBD products that comply with European Union regulations, meaning all products must contain a maximum THC concentration of 0.3% as defined by EU law. Shops listed on our platform agree to only publish products that are legal in the jurisdictions they operate in. MyCBDList does not list, promote, or facilitate the sale of any illegal substances.
3. Know your local laws
CBD regulations vary significantly from country to country and even between regions. It is your sole responsibility as a buyer to verify that purchasing and possessing CBD products is legal in your local jurisdiction before placing any order with a listed shop. MyCBDList cannot be held liable for any legal consequences resulting from a purchase made through a listed shop.
4. No liability for shop transactions
MyCBDList acts solely as an intermediary directory. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a listed shop. Any dispute regarding product quality, delivery, refunds, or any other commercial matter must be resolved directly between the buyer and the shop. MyCBDList assumes no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any such disputes, damages, or losses.
5. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use MyCBDList. By accessing this platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
6. Shop responsibilities
Shops listed on MyCBDList are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, their compliance with applicable laws, and their relationship with their customers. MyCBDList reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice.
